Dual Lock™ fastener is a reclosable fastening system where mushroom shaped stems interlock with one another when pressed together.
• Offers advanced closure alternatives to zippers, screws, snaps, hooks, bolts and more.
• Clear, pressure sensitive VHB™ acrylic adhesive
• UV Resistant
• Great for outdoor installation
Note: Dual Lock™ is not suitable for surfaces with powder coated paint, polyethylene, or polypropylene.
3M Technical Data Sheet suggests using four square inches of fastener area per pound of static load to be supported.
More or less area may be needed depending on specific conditions or end user applications.
