We are proud to introduce SolDark printable PU material.
It is used for printing dark garments and textiles in full color.
SolDark is thermally transferable white polyurethane film with a unique topcoat that effectively encapsulates the image giving superb washing durability up to 140°F.
This unique product is compatible with most current Solvent and Eco Solvent Printers including the Mimaki, Mutoh and Roland range.
1. Print & Cut logo/image as normal (for Mimaki use Printable Flex profile).
2. No mirror image required.
3. Weed away excess.
4. Apply application tape and remove from backing.
5. Pre press garment/fabric 5 seconds at 300°F - 340°F.
6. Position transfer press with medium pressure 300°F - 340°F for 15 – 25 seconds.
7. Open press; allow cooling, and peeling application tape.
SolDark is not suitable for application to water repellent coated fabrics.
