Applies to: Cotton, Uncoated Polyester, Fabric Blends, Spandex, Lycra, Wool, Linen, and Nylon (see different pressing instructions below).
Application Instructions for Cotton, Polyester, and Cotton/Polyester Blends

Blade ? 45?
Cut ? Mirror image
Temp ? 270? F
Pressure ? Medium, even
Time ? Prepress garment for 5 seconds, then add material and press 5 seconds
Peel ? Warm, cover with silicone sheet and repress for 10 seconds
Care ? Wash inside-out, normal settings. Do not exceed 212? F in the dryer. Suitable for dry-cleaning.

Pressure ? Low, even
Time ? Prepress garment for 5 seconds, then add material and press 5 seconds
